chatroom change to encourage more talking

now that we have in game IM, no one goes to the chatroom.
move the chat room to the bottom of the screen next to the player list. put everyone in it, by default. have a red thing with the message numbesr come up when people talk. if people want to chat they will open it.

this will encourage people to chat more. its a minor and easy change.

The chat room is powered by a java application run on client PCs, thus there is no way to put everyone in it by default. Specifically, users need to have the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed on their PC, and must then choose to launch the Java-based chat applet in order to successfully join the chat room. This procedure cannot be initiated automatically from the server.

The addition of the IM feature in the footer of every FinalEscape page was made as a supplement to the chat room, and to make communication between players quicker and more convenient than by using the in-game mail feature. Based on the usage patterns I can see so far, the IM chatbar is very popular.
