The players of FinalEscape need YOUR help
Many of the previously active players seem to have stopped playing, this could be due to:

I'll brainstorm more on this, but the only idea that immediately comes to mind for generating new players is maybe considering putting FE on more toplist sites?

Start a real affiliate program. tap into the limitless resources of an expanding player base. If I figure out a way to funnel a few hundred players into the game, i'd want a percentage of revenues from these players. Then every player would have incentive to get more players. Perhaps it would be better to wait until we are out of beta before implementing this.... When we are out of beta i think 711 has some things planned. He is pretty savvy with internet traffic/click through stuff.... My guess is he hasn't really even gotten started yet.

See about getting Final Escape reviewed/talked about on a gaming blog or magazine. I first heard about it in a discussion of games with crafting as a major component six months ago (from an article published when the game went public beta), but I haven't seen any press since then.
Do some hip and trendy social media silliness. Tweeteth that you play, post a link in your blog or on Facebook, something like that. |

community and competition is what keeps people around long term. level quest is not something people do long term.
we need more faction based features. |

I play a few different on line games and one thing that makes or breaks games is a thriving chat room, its where folks just hang out to "feel better", they talk, chat, bullshit, joke and ramble on.... Our chat room seems to have died. A chat room is the life blood of any good game and first we need to get the old players to return to it and get new players to poke their heads in and say hi as well. Just my 2 cents.

ok your not supposed to post other games.
Torn City loads chats when you log in and they are packed. they auto load new players global trade company (you can work for other players) faction we really just need 1 in game. just auto load it at the bottom. Chat AND competition is what keeps people. When you get to a certain point you want to fight. |
