To safeguard your cash, the Phiela Bank offers free accounts to all colonists. These accounts incur a small 2% transaction fee for all deposits and withdrawals. Any money stored in the Phiela Bank cannot be looted by other players in a mugging. However, any cash you carry can potentially be stolen by other players if you are defeated in combat, so be wary.
