Estate Agency

The Estate Agency is where you go to buy a dwelling. Each of the locations in Phiela has its own set of properties that can be purchased from the Estate Agency, with their own strengths and weakness. All Estate Agency transactions are in cash.

If you already own a dwelling and wish to upgrade to a larger dwelling at a later time, this is easily achieved by simply buying the new dwelling. Your old dwelling will automatically be sold back to the Estate Agent, and all of your stored items will be automatically moved into the new dwelling. Note however that any item upgrades you have added to the old dwelling will not be transferred to the new dwelling.
