Health is a measure of an avatar's current physical well being. Your avatar's health level can be diminished during failed actions or during combat with other players. Any time health falls to 1 or less, your avatar will be hospitalized (for example as a result of combat with another player, or a series of minor injuries sustained while performing actions). In addition, if the outcome of an attempted action (i.e. a crime, fabrication, exploration or missions task) results in a severe injury, your avatar will be immediately hospitalized, and health level set to 1.

Health natuarally regenerates slowly over time, or at the rate of 5% of a colonist's maximum health every two minutes while confined to the Hospital.


The natural healing process can be accelerated through the use of Food or Medical items. First Aid Kits (a basic FAK is available from the Phiela Exchange), various medicines or drugs may be discovered while carrying out actions such as exploration or purchased from the Black Market.

All new players start with 200HP.


To attack another player in combat they must have at least 50HP for combat to commence.
