Parcel
From FinalEscapeWiki
The parcel system is used to securely sell one or more items to another player in the form of a COD (cash on delivery) package. This system offers players a risk-free method of direct P2P transactions, in which items and PMU are exchanged instantaneously.
Parcel delivery is subject to a small fee based COD value of the items in the parcel: 1%, with a minimum fee of รพ2. This fee is paid by the sender when the parcel is initially sent. Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the parcel is recalled by the sender or canceled by the recipient.
To send a parcel, the sender selects the items and quantities to be included in the parcel, the name of the recipient, and then sets a COD price for the entire package. Once all fields are completed and the form submitted, the recipient receives an alert about the waiting parcel.
The recipient can then inspect the contents of the parcel, and has the option of paying the COD price to receive the goods. If the recipient pays the COD price, the PMU is instantly credited to the sender's cash account, and the items in the parcel are placed into the recipients inventory. If the recipient chooses to refuse the parcel, the goods are placed back into the sender's inventory and the transaction is ended.
The parcel sender has the option to take back a sent parcel at any time before the parcel is accepted and paid for by the recipient. A summary of your current and past parcel transactions is available on the Parcels page, where a "Take Back" button is offered for any unclaimed parcels.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Note that all fees and COD transactions are performed using the wallet (cash) account, not bank account.
- The Phiela Auctioneer NPC will send a separate parcel for each completed auction listing where you were the highest bidder. Each parcel shipped will contain the item(s) won, with a 1 PMU COD fee.
