Tax Rate

Dwellings incur monthly taxes that must be paid to the Phiela Government every 30 days.

Each dwelling deed has a particular tax rate, which is calculated on the base value of the deed.

For example, if the base value of your dwelling is 1000 PMU, and the tax rate for that dwelling is 4%, then the monthly tax that must be paid is 40 PMU.

Tax rates vary among dwellings, and are dependent on location, size, number of improvement points, and security rating. The date when taxes are next due is displayed on the Dwellings page.
